Full-day hike in the Ausangate seven lakes
It’s a great opportunity to experience Andean culture. The Ausangate region is home to several local communities, who have lived in harmony with the land for centuries. On a visit to the Seven Lakes, you’ll have the chance to learn about their culture and traditions, and to sample their delicious food. Tourism is an important source of income for the communities in the Ausangate region.

Day 1: Cusco – Pachanta - Ausangate Mountain - Cusco
We pick you up at 4 am from your hotels, then we drive to our destination which will be the village of PACCHANTA (4,100 m) which is located close to snowy Ausangate Mountain. In this village our local people will invite us to their homes where we receive our nutritious breakfast made of Andean ingredients this will be around (7:30 A.M).
Then we hike into the middle of the Andes mountain range to explore “7 beautiful Ausangate lagoons”, and on the way we will enjoy the view of the majestic Ausangate Mountain at the beginning we will walk about 5 to 6 km. to visit the first lagoon (1:30 hrs. approx.).
After that we will continue this fascinating adventure by visiting other lagoons, perched in the middle of the Andes mountain range, surrounded by wonderful vegetation, it will be a 10 km tour. approximately (5 hrs. of walking).
We will return to the community of “PACCHANTA” where we will enjoy the hot springs and our lunch then we will return to Cusco, after this wonderful experience.

Departures every day, small groups
Pay a booking deposit online $50 per person. We accept credit/debit card payments and PayPal.
Notice the credit / debit card charges a fee of 5% and PayPal charges a fee of 8%, which we ask the client since it’s due to the use of its service. This tax is just for online deposits so that you will pay the remaining in cash (the briefing day in Cusco) without charges.
