Summary
Day 1
Pick up from your hotel in Cusco at about 7:50 am to 8:00 am. We pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 8:00 am, we will travel from Cusco by bus past over mountains toward the sacred valley for 45 minutes, with calm we will visit places like The Taray viewpoint, the Inca ruins of Pisac and its traditional market, our delicious lunch in Urubamba, then we continue with our guided visit to Ollantaytambo. Finally, we will take to the train station to board the train to AGUAS CALIENTES town.
Day 2
Early breakfast at 5:00 am at the hotel, with our tour guide together you go to the bus to Machupicchu at approx. 5:20 am, arriving at the gate at 6:00 am when the gates of the sanctuary are open. Then we will start the two hours guided. After the visit you will need to take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes you have time free time to stay in town or enjoy the hot spring because the train back to Ollantaytambo is at 4:30 pm (approx.), you will catch our private transportation for another two-hour drive back to Cusco.

Day 1: Cusco - Pisaq - Urubamba - Ollantaytambo and Aguas Calientes
To begin this tour we will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 am, in our transportation we will travel for 45 minutes out of Cusco enjoying the beautiful views of landscape, the first stop is going to be EL MIRADOR DEL VALLE SAGRADO, sacred valley lookout point, for amazing views and photos, following, we will visit the famous PISAQ MARKET (2970 meters high ) where we have time to visit the typical market to admire artists, take pictures or buy souvenirs from locals, afterward we will drive to the top of the mountain to PISAQ archeological site (3500 meters high) where our tour guide will take to the most impressive spots, them we continue to URUBAMBA the capital of the sacred valley for the LUNCH (included).
Afterward we will continue for another 40 minutes drive to the reach OLLANTAYTAMBO town surrounded by mountains where you will discover the magnificence of the Incan constructions, after visiting OLLANTAYTAMBO Incan site, we will take to the train station to board the train to AGUAS CALIENTES town, this is a 2 hours ride between amazing mountains, next to the Vilcanota River, Arriving at AGUAS CALIENTES train station the staff APU AUSANGATE TREK will meet you and settle you into your accommodation.
You will have some free time to unwind this afternoon. An unbeatable way to relax is to visit the hot spring of Aguas Calientes, in the evening, them you will get to enjoy a delicious dinner in a restaurant (not include) before go to bed.

Day 2: Aguas Calientes – Machupicchu and back to Cusco
Early breakfast 5:00 am at the hotel, with our tour guide together you go to the bus to Machupicchu at approx. 5:20 am, arriving to the gate 6:00 am when the gates of the sanctuary is open (please don’t forget your passport). then we will start the two hours guided, walking tour, exploring all famous places of this impressive citadel: the temple of the sun, the royal tomb, the Intiwatana (sun dial rock), main plaza, temple of the 3 windows, the artisan sector, the condor temple and many other, after finish the guiding you will have time to explorer by yourself, if you have booked permits to climb HUAYNA PICHHU MOUNTAIN or MACHU PICCHU MOUNTAIN (Extra ticket required and you should to book in advance)
if you chose not to book a hike you can climb to the SUN GATE (2 hours round trip) or THE INCA BRIDGE (1 hour round trip) for these two options there are not additional fees.
You will need to take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes to have lunch (not included) the you have time free time to stay in town or enjoy the hot spring (15 soles pp extra) because the train back to OLLANTAYTAMBO is at 4:30 pm (approx.), Ollantaytambo where you will catch our private transportation for another two hour drive back to CUSCO.

Huayna Picchu is the mountain that stands next to Machu Picchu. It is a 45-minute hike to the top (On day 4th at 11.00 am). Ticket for Huaynapicchu costs $ 25 per person, discount $5 with University student card. If it is booked Machu Picchu Mountain walk Optional.

Passport and student card
We recommend that you bring your original passport and (Univ student card if applicable). If you have booked with an old passport number please you must bring both of your passport. Inform previously to our office staff in Cusco.
Temperature
- Day temperatures vary from 12 -22 degrees Celsius
- you must always use layering to manage the temperatures well. Night temperatures, (in the coldest season May to Sept) average -2 to -5 degrees Celsius.
Climbing of Huayna Picchu Mountain
On Day 2 at 10:00 am. If you have reserved and paid for a permit in advance, please reconfirm with our office staff and your trek guide at the briefing time. The tickets for Huayna Picchu Mt are limited only 400 spots per day (you must please book in advance 7-6 months before . (When Huayna Picchu permits are sold out a walk to Machu Picchu Mountain is an option -3 hrs. walk). Otherwise, a free walk to the Inca Bridge is highly recommended.
Bus Up to Machu Picchu and bus Down to Aguas Calientes
You will arrive in Aguas Caliente, then you will board the first bus to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. After your visit in Machu Picchu you are given your bus ticket for the ride down to Aguas Calientes which you can use at any time if you would like to further explore the site independently..
Peru Rail train tickets
If you would like any train tickets changes after the start of the trek must be made in person at Perurail in Aguas Calientes Station with proof of identity (ie your original passport.) They may charge fees for change of date and coach options will be according to space availability.
Travel Insurance
